Responsibilities:
Manage all sources of revenue including golf rounds, food, beverage, and merchandising.
Controls day-to-day operations of dining facility as well pro shop to maintain profitability and cooperation.
Creates local and national marketing plans and pricing strategies and knows market segments.
Responds quickly to changing market conditions and revises strategies accordingly.
Actively participates in sales discussions, meetings and plans.
Knows key account executives and business base.
Recruits and interviews team members, participates in the decision to hire and terminate employees with approval from ownership, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains.
Knows monthly production levels for each team member on staff.
Promotes Wanango's philosophies throughout the club to both team members and guests.
Creates the club's annual budget and monitors the performance throughout the year.
Manages Human Resource functions of the club by controlling turnover, motivating employees, focusing on employee development and retention and conducting regular employee meetings.
Protects the club and its assets through enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensures the club is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws as well as all safety codes.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

5 years service industry, golf course or hospitality experience required.
Proficiency with Hospitality POS systems, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and electronic mail software.
